I manage and build IT systems and operations that scale — reliably, securely, and without friction. Over the past few years, I've administrated complex IT-infrastructures for 300+ employees across multiple offices, built automation solutions for onboarding and offboarding, and created internal tools that replaced repetitive manual processes.
